TurnerWhakapapa

TurnerWhakapapa is a website I set up in 2012 to share my genealogy findings with family and friends. It is currently available online at turnerwhakapapa.weebly.com
TurnerWhakapapa contains some family tree info for New Zealanders Harry TURNER, Lorna FULTON, Alma GENET & Rupert NORRISH.
I created the website in response to all the incorrect trees and information placed online about my family. Along the way many relatives and other kind folk have helped to add to this tree. For family privacy the tree starts with the early 20th Century and works back into time. Although not completely up-to-date with my latest findings it is still a relatively OK tree.
TurnerWhakapapa is also now on Ancestry - in 7 trees.
    

Genealogy Research

I have been researching my family tree since 2000. I have researched at libraries, online, talked with family members, purchased documents, swapped documents, found documents and translated documents... My main interest is collecting old photos and images and exploring social history. I have a History degree and adore doing research with old documents. I'm currently learning to translate old Danish documents into English.
